    • To assist salesperson in preparing proposal, quotations, delivery note, PO and related documents and material.
    • To be able to generate new sales / clients for the company.
    • To keep continuous, follow up a quotation to the customers.
    • Support Japanese Sales Manager and sales team.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, Solid Microsoft skills – Power Point, Excel, Word
    - Result-driven and action-oriented (Customer focus)
    - Matured, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
    - Fluent in Bahasa and English.

    <Advantage>
    - Having Japanese Skills
    - Having experience of an assistant job

Additional Information

    - Salary: 2000RM-3000RM *Depending on experience
    - Working Days: 5 days per week
    *Saturday working on the 3rd week (9 ~ 1 pm)
