    1. Responsible for sales & marketing of industrial chemicals, specifically in rubber.
    2. Achieve annual sales target & drive business growth.
    3. Understand & assess customers' needs, develop tailored value propositions that effectively represent the product portfolio.
    4. Ensure the delivery of high-quality products & services.
    5. Provide accurate & reliable sales forecasts.
    6. Develop and maintain long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
    7. Collect & analyse customer feedback & competitive market intelligence, in order to develop & implement effective market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Possess Degree in Chemical Engineering or any related discipline.
    2. Proven experience in sales within the industrial chemicals sector, specifically in rubber.
    3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand customer needs, market trends, & competition.
    4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    5. Ability to develop strategic sales plans and forecasts.
    6. Willingness to travel extensively.
