    Job Overview:
    As a Junior Customer Support Representative at [Company Name], you will play a key role in assisting clients with their logistics and shipping inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

    - Handle and resolve customer complaints, addressing any challenges or concerns effectively.
    - Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, sales, warehouse) to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
    - Prepare and update shipping documents, order forms, and invoices.
    - Provide information on products and services to customers, helping them choose appropriate solutions.
    - Monitor the status of deliveries and ensure all shipments are handled according to company standards.
    - Support the Senior Customer Support Representatives and other team members in daily tasks and projects.
    - Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the company CRM system.
    - Assist with process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

    • Having Bachelor degree, Diploma in any Field
    • At least 1 years working experience of Customer Support

    - Having working experience in Japanese company
