Job Description
Phone operator
- Telemarketing - call follow-up on existing and/or new patient database
- Tele-consultation
- Online customer service through various platforms - Email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Social Media, etc.
- Manage patient complaints
Salesforce CRM System
- Patient registration
- Appointment scheduling
- Appointment management
- Demand / Supply evaluation
- Change/reschedule appointments whenever necessary
- Appointment reminder & confirmation
Administrative
- Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up/call log notes, etc.
- Patient follow-up
- Statistics and Reports
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background: Diploma Or Degree in any discipline
- Experiences : Min 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- Required Skills:
1. Good communication & interpersonal skillsEnglish Level
