Job Description
- Responsible to lead and execute full spectrum of Admin functions in the Company including payroll processing, talent development, Compensations and benefits, employee engagement, performance management & staff discipline to ensure smooth daily operation.
- Responsible company payroll and social insurance premiums is on time and accurate.
- To ensure the implementation of company policy and rules & regulation are in line with company’s goals and employee’s needs.
- Preparation of customs clearance documents, customs clearance procedures,
- Liaise with Japan(HQ) when and necessary.
- Submission of various accounting documents to the head office in Japan
- Preparation of Instagram postings and confirmation of the contents with the head office in Japan
- To monitor issue raised relating to safety, health and security at place of work to the management and propose control measure to eliminate/minimize the risk
- Assist in sales at the store when free

Requirement
【Must】
- Having Japanese skills (Above N2)
- Having 1 years of working experience of Admin
【Prefer】
- Having working experience in Japanese CompanyEnglish Level
