    • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Business Development Manager to achieve revenue goals
    • Manage to achieve revenue goals
    • Prepare sales proposals and quotations
    • Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers
    • Continually meet or exceed sales quotas

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least a Diploma / Degree certificate in any field
    - Experience : At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required in any industry, preferably construction or similar industry / Fresh graduates from Degree of Quantity Survey/ Architecture/ Business Administration/ Marketing
    - Require Skill :
    1. Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
    2. Sharp business acumen and strong relationship-building skills, motivated and performance-focused.
    3. Hunter mindset, with solid experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
    4. Confident in business presentation with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage situations with diplomacy
    5. Ambitious and target-oriented, outgoing personality and persistent
    6. Close contact with the landscape industry as well as with developers
    7. Having own transport
    8. Willing to travel
