  • Job Description

    Job Responsibilities
    * Maintain and strengthen carrier relationships on operational levels.
    * Support sea logistics procurement and carrier relation management.
    * Execute pricing strategies by liaising on pricing and RFQ preparation.
    * Actively exchange of information/ knowledge within the team and other stakeholders.
    * Stakeholder management include working with sales, agent, and commercial department to review and conduct sourcing strategy, ensure that categories and product delivers the strategy.
    * Provide timely responses to rate requests, finding mutual solutions for profit maximization.
    * Set selling prices within given bandwidths as per local conditions and pricing policy.
    * Direct the organization to book shipments based on carrier agreements or lowest.
    * Ensure full transparency on current freight rate levels with Customer Service and Sales Team.
    * Support and exchange information with others to gain new, retain or further develop existing accounts.
    * Get involved and assist business owners for non-standard RFQ related requests.
    * Seek out customer feedback to drive improvements.
    * Ensure that databases are always up to date with most relevant pricing information.
    * Responsible for departmental performance and staff progress development.
    * To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
    * To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor's degree in any field

    - Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistic (sea freight) (MUST)

    - Require Skill :
    1. Proficiency in both English and Chinese
    2. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of logistics, warehouse services, and fulfillment operations.
    3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
    4. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem
