  • Job Description

    • Overlook all manufacturing activity
    • Communicate with Production Engineer in Japan
    • Monitor & Control OEM Supplier
    • Create Assembly and Checking Procedure and flow
    • Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize manufacturing capacity.
    • Provide engineering support for manufacturing activities to ensure maximum production.
    • Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
    • Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish manufacturing goals.
    • Investigate problems, analyse root causes and derive resolutions.
    • Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.
    • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and comply with legal regulations
    • Ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality accordingly
    • Suggest process improvements to enhance manufacturing quality, capability and capacity.
    • Comply with local law, company policies and regulations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Tools & Die Engineering.
    • Diploma holders must have at least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in related industry.
    • Able to read technical drawing – 2D & 3D.
    • Understand technical requirement – material, tolerance, finishing, secondary process & assembly.
    • Able to work independently.
    • Willing to travel.
    • Japanese Speaking.
    • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Must have demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
