• Job Description

  • Responsible to design and develop mechanical parts (plastic parts, name plate, rubber key etc.) until getting sub-part and finished good approval from Customer.
  • Manage the introduction of new products from development stage to mass production, ensuring smooth transition and process readiness.
  • Prepare production-related documents such as work instructions, process flow charts, FMEA, and control plans.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and cost effectiveness.
  •Design and manage the purchase of jigs, fixtures, tools, and other related equipment required for production processes.
  • Provide technical training and support to production teams on new products, processes, and equipment.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
