・Play a role of bridging the communication between Malaysia and Japan to ensure smooth accounting jobs delivery.・Perform timely and accurate month-end closing, ensuring compliance with group finance policies.・Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.・Comply with regulatory reporting requirements and accounting standards.・Ensure compliance with group financial regulations and relevant laws.・Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.・Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely tax returns for the Malaysia entity, ensuring compliance with group finance policies.・Support ad-hoc finance special projects and transformation initiatives as needed.

- Attend to all general conveyancing works including Developer's projects and sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion- Ensuring that all transactions meet their legal obligations- Attending meetings with legal parties involved in transaction- Attend signing of the SPA and other legal documents- Review legal documents, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned by the Partner from time to time.
