Clean, neat and well-organized store environment, welcoming everyone to have a great shopping experience. ■Working hours: a 9:00 - 18:30b 9:30 - 22:30c 13:00 - 22:30(Store Manager will mainly be based to Shift B), Working irregular shifts (3 shifts) ■Job Scopes:Store Management- Ensure the inventory are sufficient.- Dealing with warehouse for inventory ordering and shipment process.- Ensure the store environment is in good condition and up to standard.- Responsible to secure customers’ personnel Manpower / Staff Management:- Responsible to set up and plan for the shift rotation.- Planning for SOP that precisely for the outlet setting. - Encourage and motivate employees to promote growth and development of their productivity in work place.Cash Management- Managing the cash flow of the retail stores.- Reporting the sales amount to the respective PIC. -After joining the company, job scope shall change accordingly to the promotion as follows:① Learning the work of a store from joining as a staff, from cash registering to delivery of goods② Management of shift readers, keys, cashiers, and tasks are put together to collect work instructions③ Administer as an assistant manager④ To manage as a manager

Job Description:As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our expanding pharmaceutical sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting our specialized pharmaceutical products, focusing on therapies in cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives while upholding our Ethics and Values. The role also requires managing customer engagements, delivering scientific product information, driving commercial sales, and maintaining accurate documentation of all sales activities within the assigned territory.Primary Function:• Take personal sales responsibility for a specifically defined territory, targeting cardiologists, nephrologists, endocrinologists, and potentially oncologists and neurologists, with a focus on hospital accounts.• Ensure the achievement of, or exceed, sales targets within the specified period.• Perform market analysis, evaluate competitor activities, and provide regular feedback and updates to management on a monthly basis.• Strategize and align business plans while planning and executing sales and marketing activities within the defined territory.• Ensure that adverse event (AE) reports from the market are appropriately documented and communicated to the designated pharmacovigilance (PV) manager in a timely manner.Key Duties/ Responsibilities & Accountabilities:• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the allocated territory/product by developing new business with existing and potential clients. Aggressively build product market share within respective sales territories.• Apply appropriate selling and negotiation skills to enhance performance and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive overall business growth.• Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customers and by attending industry association meetings and seminars.
