Mission of the role:・The role will manage a 6-month project to recruit new affiliates from YouTube and blogs, onboard them with the necessary tools, and help drive sales digitally. ・The job scope also includes providing regular sales updates, gathering feedback to improve performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure affiliates have effective online marketing materials. ・This position may be renewed based on project needs and performance.Key Responsibilities:・Affiliate Prospecting & Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit marketers from YouTube and Blog channels to join company affiliate program.・Affiliate Onboarding & Support: Onboard new affiliates by providing clear guidance and all necessary marketing materials to effectively promote company products across their channels.・Revenue Generation: Drive sales and profitability by working closely with affiliates to optimize their traffic and conversion rates.・Sales Reporting: Deliver weekly sales updates to the Affiliate Sales Manager・Affiliate Feedback: Actively seek feedback from the affiliates to improve conversion rates and product promotions.・Cross-Department Synergy: Partner with other teams at company to ensure affiliates have the most effective marketing assets to drive

Job Description:As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our expanding pharmaceutical sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting our specialized pharmaceutical products, focusing on therapies in cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives while upholding our Ethics and Values. The role also requires managing customer engagements, delivering scientific product information, driving commercial sales, and maintaining accurate documentation of all sales activities within the assigned territory.Primary Function:• Take personal sales responsibility for a specifically defined territory, targeting cardiologists, nephrologists, endocrinologists, and potentially oncologists and neurologists, with a focus on hospital accounts.• Ensure the achievement of, or exceed, sales targets within the specified period.• Perform market analysis, evaluate competitor activities, and provide regular feedback and updates to management on a monthly basis.• Strategize and align business plans while planning and executing sales and marketing activities within the defined territory.• Ensure that adverse event (AE) reports from the market are appropriately documented and communicated to the designated pharmacovigilance (PV) manager in a timely manner.Key Duties/ Responsibilities & Accountabilities:• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the allocated territory/product by developing new business with existing and potential clients. Aggressively build product market share within respective sales territories.• Apply appropriate selling and negotiation skills to enhance performance and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive overall business growth.• Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customers and by attending industry association meetings and seminars. Identify and target key physicians and allied healthcare professionals, securing agreements and maintaining strong relationships.• In consultation with your manager, plan field activities based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximize results.• Analyse territory and customer data, including doctor call reports, and track territory expenses regularly. Develop and maintain personal relationships with key opinion leaders through regular field visits and keep an updated database of key prescribers.• Report on sales, activities, and territory performance as required by the company.• Initiate regular discussions with your superior regarding personal goals, performance reviews, and appraisals on a semi-annual basis.• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and High-Performance Culture guidelines.• Ensure all marketing and business practices comply with the PHARMA codes of conduct (whichever is stricter).

【Main Job Responsibilities】• Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) i.e. project reports, incident reports etc.• Attend site/tender meetings, record and prepare meeting minutes.• Prepare draft tax invoice, draft PO and draft RFP.• Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP), compile As-built drawing and handover documents.• Assist to fill up ISO forms and prepare ISO documents for audit.• Coordinates and facilitate all works with relevant parties on reports or other necessary documents required and ensure timely submission for Management review. This includes monthly distribution board checklist; safety inspection checklist; quotation master list; inventory material list etc.• Assist to prepare execution work plan check sheet.• Assist to compile documents and keep track of all project related paperwork.• Assist to prepare and compile documents for tender submission.• Assist in other administration functions i.e. record and control site keys access to project site office; control and issuance of site pass etc.
