Job Description
・Build and maintain relationships with dealers by understanding their needs and requirements and ensuring that their expectations are met.・Identify potential dealers, create sales opportunities, and close deals to meet sales targets set by the company.・Provide excellent customer service by promptly and professionally addressing dealer inquiries and concerns.・ Analyze market trends and dealer business to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.・ Provide regular visitation &reports on sales activities and progress towards targets to senior management.・ Collaborate with Dealer/ store managers and staff to ensure that our products are displayed effectively and attractively.・ Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are always in stock.・ Analyze sales data by product categories and competitors situation to identify sales opportunities for growth and improvement for dealer business.・ Conduct regular store visits to ensure that merchandising standards are being met ( Point of sales material : Flyers / print sample / tent cards/ wobbler / banner / bunting etc )・ Responsible of own learning and growth and staying up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to stakeholders.・ Cross-department support; coordinate and conduct sharing of know-how / knowledge for others to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities. Ensure co-workers is updated on any changes in products, services, or company policies.・ Meeting or exceeding performance targets and productivity goals.・ Adhering to company guidelines and maintaining a professional and courteous manner in all customer interactions・ Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by superior(s)
