・Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications on desktops and notebooks.
・Install and troubleshoot anti-virus software, patches, and hotfixes for Microsoft and other applications.
・Create and set up new images; manage software deployment and antivirus updates.
・Liaise with vendor engineers for hardware and software setup.
・Develop good relationship with VVIPs (Chairman, PA, CTO...) for ease of handling issues.
・Support board meetings with seamless technology integration and minimal disruptions.
・Assist with technical coordination during divisional town halls for smooth communication and presentations.
・Serve as the primary contact for all IT-related services, resolving technical concerns effectively.
・Oversee support and maintenance of thin client devices in the KVM room, ensuring optimal performance

応募条件
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical specialization.
・Minimum 1-2 years & above of relevant working experience in IT Desktop support operations.
・Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns referring to IT issues.
■ OTHERS
・Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
・Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
・Strong analytical and proactive attitude.英語
