  1. Pre- Contract: Prepare prequalification documents /quotation/ tenders' submission, prepare cost estimation, measurement and bill of quantities for construction projects based on the tender documents, drawing and specification
  2. Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor and overheads.
  3. Contractual Negotiations: Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, and issue Purchase Order for confirmation.
  4. Quantity Takeoff: Perform detailed quality takeoffs and assist in the preparation of bills and quantities.
  5. Management Application: Assist in project scope, ensuring proper documentation and administrative /paperwork and approval
  6. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project teams to ensure that quality standards are maintained while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  7. Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with project, ID, sub-con and supplier to achieve project goals and resolve any cost-related issues.
