About the role:
As a Key Account Executive at TEENI Malaysia, you will be responsible for managing and developing key strategic accounts in the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor regions. This full-time opportunity involves working closely with key clients to drive growth and build long-lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop key strategic accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior client contacts.
• Understand and address the unique needs of each client to deliver tailored solutions.
• Oversee stock levels and manage order fulfilment to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and order projections to align with market demands.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Provide regular updates and analyses on account performance and marketing strategy.
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Development to deliver effective solutions for clients.

- Education Background : Diploma or Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- Experience : Minimum 2 years key account management in FMCG beauty or personal care industry/ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Require Skill :
1. Good communication and negotiations skills
2. Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Power-Point
3. Willing to travel (within KL & Selangor area)
4. Possess own transport英語
