  - Taking care of existing clients as well as finding a new client or supplier both Japanese and local companies (majority is existing clients)
  - Visiting customers or clients and hear the requirement and check the cost
  - Advise the quotation and do proposal for customers
  - Help the technical inquiries from customers and follow up with service engineers
