  Job Description
  • Responsible for receiving of customer order (from sales team/client), make confirmation and order arrangement on time, assist to the order review process, make confirmation and feedback to client.
  • Follow up project status and task from internal and external team. If there is any issue, feedback to the customers on time.
  • Provide system training to client through Video conference call.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts by building and developing positive relationships often through phone calls and meetings. being the main point of contact.
  • Leverage the existing products knowledge to build and maintain credibility with clients, identify gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients in accordance with organization’s policies and liaise with technical support staff regarding technical solutions and support issues.
  • Understand customer requirements and priorities to make the right business decisions.
