ロジェクト受注に伴いITサービスデスクのエキスパート職を募集いたします。
<ポジション概要>
Service Desk Expertsは、システム・製品をつかっていただくエンドユーザーからの問い合わせに、迅速で専門的に対応し、セカンドラインでのインシデント解決をしていただきます。
<主な業務>
・確立されたプロセスに従い、検証、妥当性確認、および拡張機能を変更管理するなどし、問題を解決し、サービスの向上・開発に従事。
・エージェントからのエスカレーションに対応。
・統計レポートと分析を通じてパフォーマンスをモニタリング。
・プロジェクトマネージャーの指導の下で、自分の責任範囲内でサービス提供要件を満たすための技術設計を実装
・顧客の組織との協力関係を確立。
・より複雑な問題(新規および既知の両方)を診断および解決するために必要な情報、証拠、およびデータを取得し、必要に応じてエスカレーション。
・問題を解決し、サービスを維持および強化するために、タイムリーに分析およびレポートの作成を行う。
・チームのメンバーの指導、トレーニング
・顧客のビジネスの要件、契約の範囲を理解し、問題がサービスの提供にどのように影響するかを認識し、追加のビジネスチャンスを探り、チームマネージャーおよびその他の関係者に報告。
・不断の学習を続け、サービスの向上に努める。

-学歴:ICT研究、コンピュータサイエンス、またはその他のIT関連研究の学位をお持ちの方
-スキルと経験:
>英語スキル:社内準ビジネスレベル
>その他スキル:お客様対応能力(コミュニケーション能力)、問題解決スキル、ロジカルシンキング

就業時間:24/7のうちのシフトタイム制、シフトによって 週に2/3日休み。 (割り当てられたプロジェクトに基づく)
