  • 工作内容

    【 Main Roles 】
    This Position will be supporting MD to manage projects for Japanese company .
    OJT will be provided by CEO directly.
    Candidate able to use and learn Japanese Language to manage the clients.

    【 Job detail 】
    1. Support the CEO with special tasks, follow up on assigned strategic projects, and coordinating with plants/functional teams on CEO requests & instructions
    2. Understand CEO priorities & agenda to stay aligned and support the CEO to manage time including allocation & scheduling
    3. Work within management team in handling relevant contents and high level administration duties at local & international levels
    4. Create and add values to streamline administrative processes
    5. Take a strategical approach to problem solving. Critical thinking is required to recommend and propose solutions (or options) to CEO
    6. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between CEO office and plant management/functional teams leadership to maintain good relationship with senior management staff and division head office team.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 Must 】
    - Education Background: Degree in any related field
    - Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
    - High level communication ability in English, and
    - High level communication ability in Japanese (JLPT-N1/N2 levels or JP Univ. graduated).

    【 Advantages 】
    - Having experience studying in Japan before
    - Experience : Min 1 year experience in Customer Service or Secretary in a Japanese organization will have added advantage
    - High degree of integrity and ability to keep confidentiality at all times,
    - Strong attention to details, value-add/create values, and ability to follow through on CEO tasks, requirements, strategic projects, and priorities with a strategic approach and accuracy,
    - Possess strong critical and analytical (or mathematical) thinking skills,
