工作内容
日系企業向けのオートリース営業及びトラックファイナンス営業をご担当いただきます。
B to Bの新規顧客開拓及び既存顧客の担当、フォローアップも行っていただきます。
最初は既存営業、顧客のフォローアップがメインですが、ゆくゆくは新規開拓も行っていただきます。
お客様との関係性構築に重きを置いた営業となります。
お客様は日系企業の決裁者に対して営業をしていただきますので、
受注段階は主に日本語を使用する形となります。
受注後は窓口となる総務等のローカルスタッフと英語で手続き等のやりとりが発生します。
また、社内の営業サポートチームもローカルスタッフがメインのため、
ミーティングは英語使用となります。
▼具体的な業務内容
・新規開拓営業(セールスコールでの新規開拓業務)
・既存顧客の定期コンタクト
・オートリース契約、トラックファイナンス契約のプラン提案
・メンテナンスや修理状況のフォローアップ、スケジューリング
・残業について:トラブルや緊急対応が必要な際

资格
应征条件
【必須】
・学歴:四年制大学卒or 大学院卒の方は、社会人経験3年以上
・英語:準ビジネスレベル(手続きや社内外のコミュニケーションにて必須)
・マレーシア国内で運転ができる方
・2年以上の法人営業経験
【尚可】
・リース、銀行など金融業界での就業経験
・海外での業務経験、ないしは海外法人とのやり取りの経験がある方英文
