    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the HR Director, APAC in driving global HR Development across the APAC region.

    Responsibilities
    1. Strategic planning
    ▪ To identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives
    ▪ Ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
    ▪ Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
    ▪ Support regional HR Projects

    2. Consulting leadership about HR matters
    To provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies

    3. Building a competitive organization
    ▪ Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
    ▪ Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity
    ▪ Collaborating with other HR teams on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment
    strategies

    4. Being a company culture and employee experience champion
    Helping build and maintain a strong organizational culture, as well as continuously improving the
    employee experience

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education: Degree in HR Management or equivalent

    - Experience: At least 6 years or related work experience

    - Required Skills:
    1. A good understanding of HR disciplines, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, training and development,etc.
    2. Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results
    3. Experience using HR technology (such as an HRIS, BI tools, data visualization programs) to create and implement HR strategy and apply HR management best practices
    4. Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
    5. Experience with National and Regional Labour law, and tax and social security regulations will be an advantage
    6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
    7. As the role supports our offices in Greater China, ability to speak, read and write in Chinese
    language is a must
    8. Good change management and project management capabilities
    9. Willing o travel (10% of travelling), locally and overseas
