    【Position Summary】:
    As a Sales Engineer focused on new market development, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities within uncharted territories. Your role will bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales strategies, ensuring that our solutions meet the specific needs of new customers

    【Key Responsibilities】:
    1. Market Research and Analysis:
    - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new markets and customer segments especially in the embroidery market dominated by Tajima , Barudan or other branded brands. How many embroidery machines sold per year .
    - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. To need analyses 2 major market – embroidery house/factory and shoplot embroidery segment.

    2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    - Identify and qualify potential leads within existing markets.
    - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.

    3. Technical Consultation:
    - Provide technical expertise and consultation to prospective customers.
    - Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how our products and solutions can address their needs.

    4. Sales Strategy Development:
    - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored sales strategies for new markets.
    - Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

    5. Relationship Building:
    - Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in new markets.
    - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and partnership.

    6. Product Knowledge:
    - Maintain deep knowledge of our products, services, and solutions especially in our premium brand ZSK from Germany and also Hooray .
    - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

    7. Sales Process Management:
    - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
    - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

    8. Collaboration and Reporting:
    - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support.
    - Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and progress towards targets.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education Background : At least graduated from SPM, Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, and other equivalent studies.
    - Experience : Preferable someone with at least 1-2 yeas of sales experience in embroidery machinery. (MUST)
    - Require Skill : Possess good client relationship management, well known in current Malaysia embroidery market and analysis
