  Job Responsibilities:
  - Establish and achieving company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  - Creating a short term and long term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
  - Collaborate with management to align these goals with the business strategy.
  - Handle high-level OEM and REM customers service issues.
  - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence and market share.
  - Utilize market knowledge and data analysis skills to forecast sales revenue and align resources accordingly.
  - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
  - Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team / organizational goals.
  - Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and create plans to achieve revenue growth.
  - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  - Involve in development of marketing and sales strategies.
  - Regular and timely visits to customers.
  - Liaise with customers on product requirements, quantity, quality and etc.
  - Coordinate and work across functional departments to ensure smooth sales operations and meeting of customer's requirements.
  - Practice good housekeeping in work area, tidy, and safe for conductive work environment.
  - Perform ad-hoc assignments when required.
