  【Roles & Responsibilities】
  
  Development:
  - Support projects focused on mall enhancements and renovations.
  - Facilitate collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and A&P teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  - Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
  
  Fit-Out Management:
  - Review, approve, and provide feedback on tenant drawings and fit-out proposals.
  - Assist in overseeing inspections, ensuring all works adhere to local regulations and safety standards.
  - Work with tenants and contractors to ensure alignment with the mall’s vision and operational goals.
  
  Regulatory Compliance:
  - Understand and apply local regulations (like UBBL) for combined lot works.
  - Ensure all activities meet safety and building standards.
  
  Team Collaboration:
  - Help with budgeting, tendering, and requests for quotations for enhancement projects.
  - Support the team in documentation and administrative tasks as needed.
  - Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
