工作内容
- Answering customer inquiries about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle and communicate with customers from domestic and international company.
- Providing information on shipping options, costs, and delivery times.
- Liaise with our company headquarters/Factories in Japan regarding products or materials samples.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and any changes in company policies.
- Addressing customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Following up on customer issues to ensure resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Documenting customer feedback and reporting it to relevant departments.
- Handling customs and import/export regulations.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superior / Manager.
- Any other ad-hoc task as and when required by the company.
资格
应征条件
- Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in any related field.
- Familiar with customer service requirements with a minimum of 2 ~ 3 years of working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Team player with the ability to work across multiple departments and coordinate well with Customers, production plant, and sales office in Singapore and Japan.英文
