  • 工作内容

    1. Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    - Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategies. (Contests, Pharmacists Recommendation etc.)
    - Monitor and analyze trade promotions' effectiveness and provide recommendations (PDCA).
    - Coordinate in-stores promoters activations, roadshows, events with agency & sales team.
    - Report & analyze the promoters executions effectiveness by reviewing the ROI, mechanics, achievement etc.
    - Provide guidelines & trainings to Promoters Agency to ensure objectives and targets/ KPIs are aligned.
    - Gather trade insights and competitors activities to both sales & brand marketing team. Using this information to counter-react against competitors.
    - Collaborate with sales teams to support key accounts and retail partners.
    - Work closely with sales team to enhance product visibility & additional touch points.
    - Provide sales teams with trade insights, competitors analysis, and promotional strategies. Provide on-site product trainings to stakeholders - Sub-Distributors salesmen, TTK & Captivate.

    2. Sales & Brands Support:
    - Collaborate with sales teams to support key accounts and retail partners.
    - Work closely with sales team to enhance product visibility & additional touch points.
    - Provide sales teams with trade insights, competitors analysis, and promotional strategies.
    - Provide on-site product trainings to stakeholders - Sub-Distributors salesmen, TTK & Captivate.
    - To ensure timely executions of the promotions set ups & POSMS to the trade via Captivate >90% on time.
    - To audit & review the merchandising coverage via Captivate and to provide guidelines & support when necessary.
    - To set KPIs to merchandisers via Captivate in meeting sales & brand objectives.

    3. POSMs Management:
    - Produce, manage, monitor the printing materials - Stickers for labelling, POSMs, etc. Replenishment.
    - Source premium / gifts for usage of GWP for promotional packs & roadshows use.
    - Ensure trade marketing materials POSMS are effectively utilized across channels. To have a tracking of the distribution & allocation given to each relevant party.
    - Adaptation of key visuals to window /sunshade/GE/ Power Wing/ Airports displays.
    - Plan and manage in-store merchandising strategies to improve product visibility & increase additional touch points.
    - Coordinate with Agencies, TTK and Captivate on the POSMs arrangements and allocations.

    4. Budget & Compliance:
    - Manage trade marketing budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
    - Ensure all trade activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Science/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
    - At least 3 years of working experiences in Trade Marketing roles, particularly in FMCG.
    - A person with good business acumen, excellent in data analysis and solution proposals/ ideas.
    - Computer literacy in MS Office. (Work well in Excel & PPT).
    - Passionate to propose his/her own ideas and strategies with logical explanation and objective to improve the business.
    - Possess strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, results oriented, team player and able to work independently.
    - Able to work in fast pace working environment.
    - Willing to travel. (Required to travel outstation/ East Malaysia 1-2 times per month).
    - Added advantage: Able to start work immediately and speaks Japanese language.

    • Annual Leave: 1st to 2nd Year - 12 days, 3rd year – 14 days, 4th year – 16 days, 5th year – 18 days and from 6th year and onwards – 20 days.
