    1. Office and equipment management
    - PC and mobile phone support, IT service agreement management
    - Office equipment management (stationery, copier, desks, etc.)
    - Office operation management (company rules, damage, cleaning, pest control, car parking, office rental agreement, etc.)
    - Company Insurance renewal tasks (medical, product liability, warehouse, office fire insurance, etc.)
    - Arrangement document by courier
    - Holiday notice / Holiday calendar preparation
    - Communication with Labour Department

    2. Shareholders' Meeting/Registration
    - Website governance (General affairs: minutes of shareholders' meetings, company rules, etc.)

    3. Company Event
    - Plan and execute company events and meetings, company trip
    - Other irregular events

    4. Internal Public Relations
    - Recommend and coach IT (Google Drive, screen saver etc.)

    5. Assist in Internal Audit response
    - Necessary document and data preparation in the part of GA

    6. HR Strategic Planning
    - Create a company culture (Vision, Purpose penetration etc.)

    7. Planning and conducting training
    - IT Training
    - Legal Training (Compliance, PDPA, etc.)
    - Sustainability Training
    - HR Training (Current staff and new staff)

    8. Support for recruitment activities
    - Upgrade the job recruiting flow
    - Aptitude Test
    - Management of employee onboarding and offboarding
    - Support for expatriate employees (employment pass renew etc.)

    9. Manage human resource related work
    - Staff attendance and leave management
    - Medical & Sick leave , Annual health check up allowance recording

    10. Labor and Claims Handling
    - Staff complaint
    - Staff inquiry management (except HR matter)

    11. Regulation Management
    - Management Company rules and regulation

    12. Support for Expatriate Employees

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related discipline
    - Prefer candidate with at least 2 year of working experience preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Healthcare industry.
    - Good command in English, both spoken and written.
    - Computer literacy in MS Office and Ms Excel.
    - High accuracy in work, attention and detail
