    • Content Creation and Management: Develop, curate, and publish engaging content for various digital platforms, including the company website, social media, and email marketing.
    • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive engagement and reach.
    • SEO & SEM Optimization: Work with SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search rankings, enhance visibility, and increase traffic to the website.
    • Campaign Development: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing) aimed at driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI; use analytics to optimize future campaigns.
    • Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies in the medical aesthetic field.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals and marketing campaigns.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Requirement>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the medical, healthcare, or beauty industry.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

    <Advantageous>

    • Added Advantage: Proficiency in using Shopify.
    • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create visually appealing digital content.
    • Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive digital marketing strategies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
    • A proactive individual who can work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
