  1. Product Development & Innovation
  • Lead the development of new products, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring they meet market demands and company objectives.
  • Drive innovation by researching and identifying new trends, materials, and technologies that could enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, supply chain and external suppliers to develop product concepts and prototypes.
  
  2. Project Management
  • Plan and manage the product development timeline, setting clear milestones and deadlines for each project phase.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by coordinating with cross functional teams.
  
  3. Product Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including product performance post-launch, customer feedback, and any necessary updates or improvements.
  • Analyze market performance and competitor products to refine and optimize the product line.
  
  4. Cost Down Initiative
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction through analysis of current product designs, materials, and production processes.
  • Work with suppliers to negotiate better pricing, improve production efficiencies, and streamline product design to reduce overall cost
  
  5. Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Discipline in documentation generation and maintenance.
  
  6. Ad Hoc Duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
