【Job Responsibilities】1. Technical Consultation- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical consultation and support during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand noise and vibration challenges and propose suitable mitigation strategies.2. Sales Strategy Development- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target key industries, clients, and markets to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets for noise control and vibration mitigation solutions.3. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and offering tailored solutions. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing technical expertise and recommending appropriate products and services.4. Proposal Development- Prepare and present compelling proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines, to win new business and secure projects. - Involved in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms withpotential clients. Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial, meet the needs of both parties, and align with company's policies and objectives.5. Project Coordination- Oversee project implementation, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and VTR to ensure smooth execution of noise control and vibration mitigation projects. - Monitor project progress, address any challenges, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.6. Customer Support and Issue Resolution- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with internal teams to provide prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and ensure that the customer's experience with the company is positive and meets their expectations.7. Market Research- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements related to noise control and vibration mitigation. - Use market insights to refine sales strategies and offer innovative solutions that meet changing customer needs.8. Sales Reporting- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the company's Salesforce system. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- To drive overall product sales/growth for diverse product lines and solutions, with an omnichannel platform with a strong focus on corporate branding to promote and market to corporate and enterprise client segments. - To establish compelling value propositions and craft solution messaging to distinguish company products and services from competitors, emphasizing digital and brand-centric elements.- To develop and execute action plans; stimulate customer interest and subscription for various products and solutions, utilizing omnichannel (offline and digital) platforms effectively.- To collaborate with Shariah Governance, Commercial, Product, and Technology team members to understand selling process challenges and devise programs/tools.- To enhance sales effectiveness at each stage of the customer journey by incorporating digital and offline marketing and branding strategies.- To identify market opportunities, articulate competitive differentiation, thoroughly understand target segments; and contribute to the go-to-market strategy with a strong emphasis on digital and branding aspects.- To create value propositions and solution messaging that sets offerings apart from direct competitors and point solution providers, integrating digital marketing and branding elements.- To act as the advocate and knowledge source; drive customer requirements and initiatives, aiming to boost revenue for the company through digital channels and strategic branding.- To develop highly customized and strategic lead nurturing plans for high-revenue leads, incorporating digital marketing and branding strategies.- To collaborate with cross-functional teams; and ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts, particularly in the digital and branding space.- To explore working with media agencies and digital agencies for strategic media management and performance marketing.
