■Company Introduction: Well-known Japanese online and retail second-hand shop that allows citizens practice the concept of “recycle & reuse”. Wide range of categories including apparel, miscellaneous household goods, Sporting goods, instruments are all preloved from Japan, all in one store. Clean, neat and well-organized store environment, welcoming everyone to have a great shopping experience. ■Job Scopes:Store Management- Ensure the inventory are sufficient.- Dealing with warehouse for inventory ordering and shipment process.- Ensure the store environment is in good condition and up to standard.- Responsible to secure customers’ personnel Manpower / Staff Management:- Responsible to set up and plan for the shift rotation.- Planning for SOP that precisely for the outlet setting. - Encourage and motivate employees to promote growth and development of their productivity in work place.Cash Management- Managing the cash flow of the retail stores.- Reporting the sales amount to the respective PIC. -After joining the company, job scope shall change accordingly to the promotion as follows:① Learning the work of a store from joining as a staff, from cash registering to delivery of goods② Management of shift readers, keys, cashiers, and tasks are put together to collect work instructions③ Administer as an assistant manager④ To manage as a manager■Work location:As for the work location, it depends on which store you are assigned to, so you will work at a location designated by BOK (can be discussed).

1 week 5 days work (offday depend on Store Manager planning)
* Managers cannot fixed offday on weekend because we are retail, not Office style)
A shift: 9:30am to 6:30pm
B shift: 9:30am to 10:30pm (2hours break)
C shift: 1:30am to 10:30pm
*However, our manager takes turn to be Shift Manager every day.
*If this candidate is Shift Manager on the day, his/her working shift is 9:00am to 6:00am because he/she has to open door for staff and cashier & man power preparation.(1 week averagely 2 day)
*B shift only for necessary/emergency purpose only.

Role Overview:Responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence within key convenience store chains such as 99 Speedmart, DIY, and Econsave. This role will focus on market development, building relationships with store managers and buyers, and ensuring the successful distribution and sales of products in the convenience store sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong understanding of the retail industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with new and existing convenience stores (e.g., 99 Speedmart, DIY, Econsave) to drive product sales,2. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the retail industry, including store managers, buyers, and distributors.3. Drive product placement and visibility within the convenience stores to ensure maximum exposure. 4. Negotiate favorable terms with stores to secure product placements and ensure consistent stock levels.5. Monitor sales performance within stores and address any issues related to product placement or customer demand.6. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and objectives. 7. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback to senior management.8. Work with stores on executing promotional offers to drive foot traffic and increase sales.9. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs withinthe convenience store market.10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and product performance.
