Summary:The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will be responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on the enquiries received via inbound phone call and email channels.The CSS will be the primary contact for customers using the client’s website shopping channel.Overview of CSS Role:• CSS represents the brand, the culture, and the values of the client• Your attitude and how you behave will determine how our client is perceived by its customers• It is imperative that the CSS maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times• Customer concerns must be handled positively and professionally• Must interact, support, be open to receiving feedback and reporting issues on behalf of our customersResponsibilities and Accountabilities• Support customers to place online orders with the client• Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (inbound phone calls and email)• Process payments and confidential client information in a manner that is precise and safeguards the customer’s personal and financial payment data at all times• Proactively support customers to mitigate the risk of damage to the client’s brand and customer loyalty• Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels as and when necessary• Work harmoniously with other team members to identify better ways of working and promotes a culture of continuously improving the customer support experience• Maintain and improves quality of service by sharing suggestions and recommendations• Keep job knowledge and skills up to date by attending training and continuously learning• Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client• Adhere to the policies and procedures set by the company and client

Responsibilities- Provide 1st level and 2nd level application support to operation systems in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).- Attend to the complaint tickets, clarify and identify the root cause for the complaint. Perform escalation to relevant project team leaders for unresolved issues.- Guide user on the workaround for known issues.- Perform data uploading, import, export and patching for the application as and when required.- Perform data analysis and generate statistics for management usage.- Assist to maintain and update the support documentation and training materials.- Provide support to deploy, install and configure application in operation environment either via onsite or remotely through remote application

Overtime:
Replacement leave for OT more than 4hrs approved by Site Manager.
For public holiday, the OT rate is 2 x normal hourly rate. Assistant Manager position and above are not entitle for OT claim. Reimbursement shall be done via replacement leave.
EPF Allocation: 12% for MYR5k and above. 13% for below MYR5k
Mobile Allowance:
Manager and above : Max up to MYR150 / month via receipt
Senior Position : MYR100 / month
Other Position : MYR60 / month

User and Group Management:- Manage user and group accounts in both on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD.- Implement and enforce access controls, authentication methods, and authorization policies across hybrid (cloud and on-perm) environments.- Configure and manage identity federation for single sign-on (SSO) between onpremises and cloud applications1.3. Security and Compliance:- Implement security best practices to protect both on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory environments.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to identity and access management.- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security risks.1.4. Troubleshooting and Support:- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Active Directory-related issues, including authentication, synchronization, and replication problems.- Investigate and resolve integration issues between on-premises and cloud environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues.
