Your primary goal is to ensure that the chatbot provides accurate, helpful, and human-like interactions.Key Responsibilities:1. Train the AI chatbot to understand and respond to a wide variety of customer inquiries.2. Curate and build datasets to support the chatbot's learning process.3. Evaluate and test the chatbot's responses, providing feedback and improvements.4. Collaborate with AI developers to identify areas for chatbot enhancement.5. Analyze user interactions and patterns to identify opportunities for optimization.6. Fine-tune chatbot dialogues, creating and adding new content for specific use cases.7. Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the chatbot’s reliability and accuracy.8. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the chatbot’s performance.9. Train and onboard new team members on chatbot functionalities and maintenance.

Role Overview:Responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence within key convenience store chains such as 99 Speedmart, DIY, and Econsave. This role will focus on market development, building relationships with store managers and buyers, and ensuring the successful distribution and sales of products in the convenience store sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong understanding of the retail industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback to senior management.8.
