Mission of the role:・The role will manage a 6-month project to recruit new affiliates from YouTube and blogs, onboard them with the necessary tools, and help drive sales digitally. ・The job scope also includes providing regular sales updates, gathering feedback to improve performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure affiliates have effective online marketing materials. ・This position may be renewed based on project needs and performance.Key Responsibilities:・Affiliate Prospecting & Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit marketers from YouTube and Blog channels to join company affiliate program.・Affiliate Onboarding & Support: Onboard new affiliates by providing clear guidance and all necessary marketing materials to effectively promote company products across their channels.・Revenue Generation: Drive sales and profitability by working closely with affiliates to optimize their traffic and conversion rates.・Sales Reporting: Deliver weekly sales updates to the Affiliate Sales Manager・Affiliate Feedback: Actively seek feedback from the affiliates to improve conversion rates and product promotions.・Cross-Department Synergy: Partner with other teams at company to ensure affiliates have the most effective marketing assets to drive

Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Job Responsibilities• Operating and maintaining boilers, air compressor, bag filter & gas related equipment used in the manufacturing process to ensure continuous and efficient production.• Monitoring boilers, air compressor, bag filter, chimney, clean room & gas related equipment performance and parameters regularly, making adjustments to achieve optimal efficiency.• Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and equipment failures.• Troubleshooting boiler, air compressor, bag filter & gas related equipment malfunctions and performing necessary repairs promptly to minimize production disruptions.• Adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.• Managing boiler water treatment to prevent scale buildup, corrosion, and contamination.• Recording and maintaining accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents for regulatory compliance and future reference.• Collaborating with other team members and departments to coordinate boiler, air compressor, bag filter & gas related equipment maintenance schedules and production requirements.• Responding quickly to emergency situations such as leaks or pressure issues to mitigate potential hazards and prevent accidents.• Proactively seeking opportunities to improve boiler, air compressor, bag filter & gas related equipment operations, reduce energy consumption, and optimize manufacturing processes.• Any other task that had been assigned by superior from time to time.

This company is the Malaysia branch of a Japanese manufacturer importing and selling machinery. The key role of this position is to be responsible for overall Accounts and Finance Department goals and objectives. To manage daily operations of the department and advice management on finance and accounting related decisions.1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:• Monthly and end-year process• Accounts payable/receivable• Cash receipts• General ledger• Payroll and utilities• Treasury, budgeting• Cash forecasting• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis• Capital assets reconciliations• Trust account statement reconciliations• Check runs• Fixed asset activity• Debt activity2. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements3. Review financial documents for submission to Management and HQ in Japan4. Ensure monthly reports are timely and accurate5. Review monthly salary payment disbursement and other payables6. Review and finalize cash flow planning and make financing proposals as required7. Monitor and ensure the continuation of accounting outsourcing project (from Regional HQ Singapore) and support South-East Asia regional Accounting and Finance activities and projects8. Meet financial accounting objectives9. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions10. Prepare annual business plan and 5-year business plan11. Coordinate and complete annual audits and yearly tax computation12. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles13. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions14. Provide recommendations Management regarding important asset handling, business budget, organization's financial position etc.15. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure accuracy and compliance to Internal Control, Corporate Accounting Regulations, ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements, as applicable16. Coordinate BOD and AGM meetings and relevant documentation compilation.17. Manage the Accounting software.18. Coordinate with Company Secretary in line with Company Act requirements.
