Responsibility• Ensure the team members to all customers are welcomed with clear-greeting and well-guiding to the seat in a courteous and polite manner.• Guide the team with “Added-Value” service to customers. • Keep outlet environment cleanliness and brightness.• Make sure team members are in the proper appearance and posture at all times.• Pay attention to responsibility of outlet sales performance, well-monitoring the stock freshness, manpower management (duty roster planning) and understand general operation cost.• Make sure company regulation in the well keep-running, strict compliance in company standard in hygiene and safety legislation.• Provide leadership guidance, well-communication in coaching and counselling to the duty-in-work team partners.

1. Handle sales administration documents which include Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan documents. Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, solicitors and bankers to ensure timely execution of SPA and Loan Agreement2. Liaise with Real Estate Agents to ensure complete submission of buyer’s documentation for loan application3. Ensue accurate and timely progressive billings to purchasers4. Timely collections of receivables in accordance to credit term and follow-up regularly on overdue account5. Compile information, update and maintain proper filing of all sales administration documents.6. Apply Developer License and Advertising Permit7. Renewal of Developer License and Advertising Permit8. Attend to KPKT sales report (7F)9. Attend to incoming correspondence and emails from clients/purchasers, solicitors and end financiers with regards to documentation of loan, billing, collection10. Attend to sales enquiries and buyers’ enquiries and deliver efficient services to meet customers’ needs11. Prepare weekly sales and collection report12. Prepare marketing materials like brochures, flyers, sales kits and advertisement for sales launch13. Any ad hoc task as assigned from time to time

- Handle Malaysia office’s accounts – full sets of accounts- Key in vouchers using SQL System, prepare staff, supplier, tax payments- Prepare monthly account closing reports and PL analysis- Balance all Account Receivable Sales Tracking- Prepare data for corporate tax return for tax agent, check and confirm the corporate tax return (corporate tax computation and Form C) to tax agent- Attend auditors and prepare documents for auditors, prepare draft audit report, check and confirm audit report to auditor- Other ad hoc and accounts related jobs.
