【Sales Tasks】50% of whole work- 100 % existing client (In charge of 2~3 clients)- Coordinate existing customer's enquiry/requests with the related department timely including quality/engineering issues as the project leader in order to fulfil customer QCDE and satisfaction.- Always keep win-win relationship with existing customers by having regular meeting especially for delivery status and negotiate with customers/internal related department regarding pull in/push out production plan.(monitor customer PO/forecast up and down)- Drive the project as the project leader when a new model is introduced by existing customer, like making the schedule of each event and organize the regular project meeting.- Issue the quotation for existing customers when the prices change, new models, quarterly update etc..- Monitor AR as sales department- Monitor/investigate monthly inventory report【Documentation Tasks】50% of whole work-Liaise with transporter to ensure timely deliveries. -Liaise with shipping team members to ensure timely payment and deliveries to be arranged. -Liaise with customers and relevant parties to resolve any shipping matters/document issue. -Maintain and update sales and purchase records.-Communicate sales status internally with salesperson.-Prepare monthly sales report and any adhoc reports as and when required.-Arrange DP (Documents Against Payment). -Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Descriptions:1. New product development process, ensure timely execution of new products via design and development project plan which encompasses essential activities such as the creation of well defined product requirements, product testing, moldings, assembly, verification and validation testing, usability and risk management, packaging development, from receipt of the initial concept to the final product launch.2. Test method development and validation: responsible for developing and validating the test methods prior to use in product testing. Ensure the developed methods and protocols align with customer requirements and industry regulations and standards.3. To carry out design and development of the product through product research, testing and analysis.4. Liaise with customer on product development documents and implement quality deliverables as customer requirements.5. Supplier and customer interface and communication on quality issues for assigned responsibilities.6. Coordination and preparation of product samples and pre-production through divisional control management7. Improve existing equipment based on technical requirements and performing functional test of the product.8. Work closely with manufacturing teams, sales and purchasing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and performance criteria.9. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate design options and make informed decisions10. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components, materials, and services needed for product development and production.11. Support manufacturing operations by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing design improvements.12. Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and cross-functional team discussions to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
