Job Descriptions:• Lead division morning briefing and assign task to subordinate• Lead Engineering Weekly Progress Meeting• Lead Health, Safety and Environment Committee Meeting• Write Manager monthly report• Write and update the division’s weekly progress report• Update and report clean room pressure, temperature, and humidity• Overall Plant facilities operation and maintenance monitoring• Plan and manage yearly budget• Ensure legal compliance DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and local council• Manage complaints and requests from facilities end user• Delegate section task and responsibility to sub-ordinate• Involve in PAM Future Plan related to factory layout and equipment• To coordinate staff training and handover for new facilities equipment introduction• Manpower planning and structuring section organization for efficient workflow• Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping• ERT CommanderAd-Hoc:- QMS ISO Committee member- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior from time to time
