Plan for employee’s performance appraisal, develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.12. To supervise Accounts and Admin/HR staffs on daily job function.13. Preferably Japanese speaker who can assist Japanese Managing Director in banking matters.14. And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
