Execute Tour Group Leaders Incentive programs in compliance with Company Policies.・Deliver exceptional customer service: Provide prompt and courteous support across various channels via phone, email, or chat including tour groups to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee customer storage and lost items in accordance with MAHB and company regulations and procedures.・Manage customer feedback and complaints: Manage all customer complaints or feedback, providing suitable solutions or alternatives in a timely manner, regardless of whether they originate from tour groups, online platforms, or walk-ins. Identify and build business relationships with strategic partners namely tour operators, travel agents, tourist guides, hotels, bus operators, taxis, etc. aligned to target markets3. Understand the various inbound market needs, demands, preferences and develop a dashboard of intelligence for internal and tenants’ knowledge for further performance enhancement5. Establish measurable Key Performance Indicators / Targets for all efforts, review effectiveness of inbound marketing activities and identify gaps for further improvement7.
