1) Plan and conduct sales visits/on site cleaning trials with existing clients/new customers and expand the customer base.2) Responsible for establishing new business opportunities to maximize sales results.3) Accountable in achieving territorial sales and growth target by implementing promotional and sales strategies.4) Identify market trends & develop marketing opportunities through trade shows and conferences in local and international settings.5) Build quality relationships with customers and managers to foster long-term partnerships.6) Keep up with changes in the market and industry, as well as changes in customers' needs, to stay ahead of the competition.7) Updating and maintaining customer records /sales activities in CRM (Salesforce). 8) Basic administration job inclusive of quote issuance/PO follow up/SAP.9) Team player for new product qualification by our customers, including technical product qualification, prototype evaluation, batch order qualification, and order implementation.10) To complete any additional assignments allocated by Management as and when required.

Role Overview:Responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence within key convenience store chains such as 99 Speedmart, DIY, and Econsave. This role will focus on market development, building relationships with store managers and buyers, and ensuring the successful distribution and sales of products in the convenience store sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong understanding of the retail industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with new and existing convenience stores (e.g., 99 Speedmart, DIY, Econsave) to drive product sales,2. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the retail industry, including store managers, buyers, and distributors.3. Drive product placement and visibility within the convenience stores to ensure maximum exposure. 4. Negotiate favorable terms with stores to secure product placements and ensure consistent stock levels.5. Monitor sales performance within stores and address any issues related to product placement or customer demand.6. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and objectives. 7. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback to senior management.8. Work with stores on executing promotional offers to drive foot traffic and increase sales.9. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs withinthe convenience store market.10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and product performance.

1. Develop and implement strategic business planning to attract inbound tourists specifically from the regional markets namely China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippine, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and other markets i.e. Europe, Americas, Middle East, etc. to the Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang2. Identify and build business relationships with strategic partners namely tour operators, travel agents, tourist guides, hotels, bus operators, taxis, etc. aligned to target markets3. Develop and manage strategic communication channels according to target markets4. Understand the various inbound market needs, demands, preferences and develop a dashboard of intelligence for internal and tenants’ knowledge for further performance enhancement5. Build cordial and professional working relations with other departments / units to ensure smooth implementation of inbound marketing activities6. Establish measurable Key Performance Indicators / Targets for all efforts, review effectiveness of inbound marketing activities and identify gaps for further improvement7. Develop a loyalty program that supports the business model and provide value added benefits for stakeholders8. Constantly keep abreast of the latest inbound marketing trends, digital innovations and other communication channels and propose appropriately for further enhancement of engagement efforts9. Perform and execute any other duties assigned by your superior that may be deemed appropriate to this role
