【Main Job Responsibilities】• Work with project team and involved in procurement, construction, commissioning etc.• Manage project execution at site for Mechanical or Electrical distribution system, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system etc.• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, procedures and requirements.• Liaise with client, consultant, sub-contractor, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, space management, site activities.• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation orders.• Attend SMBWA, toolbox meeting and design review meeting if required.• Update As-Built drawing and prepare handover documents.• Prepare Request for Information (RFI) on changes of specification.• Prepare technical presentation to clients.

• Responsible for purchase of direct material for production build and day-to-day supplier relationship.• Expedite materials to ensure no production shutdown due to shortage of materials.• Responsible for localization of direct materials as and when required.• Responsible for periodic negotiation with suppliers for better pricing and total cost of ownership.• Responsible for supplier's on-time-delivery (OTD) performance.• Responsible for the raw materials inventory and ensure that inventory turns meets company objective.• Issuance of Purchase Order and tracking of shipment delivery.• Understand customer demand and trend, work closely with customer service and planner for pull-in or push-out of materials.• Work with Quality department to perform necessary supplier audit.• Work with Quality department for goods returned to vendors due to quality issue.• Assist in sourcing and purchasing of indirect materials when needed.• Assist in freight forwarding arrangement for incoming & outgoing shipments.• Assist in custom clearance for incoming & outgoing shipments, when needed.• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Objectives:This person will lead the hardware and firmware design, development, and validation of the electronic hardware team for height adjustable desk system inclusive of motor controllers, power supply systems, handsets, etc. Roles And Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire R&D team of electronic and FW engineers in design and development• Check and approve all new design schematic, layout and gerber files, as well as any revision or deviation of the current design• Coordinate all new electronic designs project with the electronic team• Plan out detailed electronic circuit design study, simulation, testing, validation, and schedule• Check schematic, layout and gerber design of projects, considering compliance requirement• Ensure all technical documentation are saved and uploaded into the cloud shared drive• Plan testing and approve new EOL part, module or system replacement• Evaluate part costing and perform studies to meet costing targets• Liaise with vendors and a cross functional team to produce, validate and approve prototypes• Perform design FMEA and debug/troubleshoot and addresses customer’s complaint/reject• Perform cross functional investigation for all new critical issues at production/lab• Release new projects based on new project ideas and roadmaps• Train and coach all new recruits for the electronics team and evaluate performance and goals
