Job Responsibilities:• Responsible to develop production schedule to ensure that production outputs the production schedule can meet customer deadline.• Responsible to monitor closely on production plan vs. actual output in order to meet customer requirement.• Responsible to communicate promptly with Production and Purchasing of changes to production schedule.• Responsible to update and ensure data accuracy in ERP system.• Responsible to set daily targets for every production process, to allocate manpower to each process based on UPH, and to manage WIP to a safe level.• Responsible for providing visibility and reporting while tracking output and performance metrics.• Responsible to develop improvements to close the gap between the targeted and actual results.• Responsible to issue job order (JO) to production and to ensure the JO to close on time and properly according to the JO quantity, rectify the variance if have any.• Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.

Job Objectives:This person will lead the hardware and firmware design, development, and validation of the electronic hardware team for height adjustable desk system inclusive of motor controllers, power supply systems, handsets, etc. Roles And Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire R&D team of electronic and FW engineers in design and development• Check and approve all new design schematic, layout and gerber files, as well as any revision or deviation of the current design• Coordinate all new electronic designs project with the electronic team• Plan out detailed electronic circuit design study, simulation, testing, validation, and schedule• Check schematic, layout and gerber design of projects, considering compliance requirement• Ensure all technical documentation are saved and uploaded into the cloud shared drive• Plan testing and approve new EOL part, module or system replacement• Evaluate part costing and perform studies to meet costing targets• Liaise with vendors and a cross functional team to produce, validate and approve prototypes• Perform design FMEA and debug/troubleshoot and addresses customer’s complaint/reject• Perform cross functional investigation for all new critical issues at production/lab• Release new projects based on new project ideas and roadmaps• Train and coach all new recruits for the electronics team and evaluate performance and goals

- Ensure the Master Production Schedule is fulfill customer requirement and delivery- Analyze demand / forecast to determine required capacity- Develops production plan and release manufacturing orders to support the plan- Work closely with production to ensure production meet on time delivery- Perform materials analysis for Clear To Built against customer demand and pull in- E&O analysis and perform liability claim.- To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
