1. Design and Implementation of Clean Room Systems:- Design HVAC systems specifically tailored for clean rooms, including air filtration, airflow patterns, and temperature control to meet strict cleanliness standards (such as ISO classes).- Ensure HVAC systems are designed to maintain required air changes per hour (ACH), temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials.- Select and design appropriate air filtration systems, including HEPA or ULPA filters, for precise air quality control.- Design plumbing systems in a way that avoids contamination risks, ensuring proper water filtration and safe waste disposal.2. Coordination with Clean Room Protocols:- Ensure all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) comply with industry-specific clean room standards and regulations.- Work closely with other specialists (e.g., clean room designers, equipment vendors, facility managers) to maintain air quality and hygiene standards.- Perform air and water quality testing, ensuring systems meet cleanliness thresholds.3. Monitoring and Maintenance of Clean Room Systems:- Oversee the commissioning and testing of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure they are clean room compliant.- Manage the ongoing operation and maintenance of MEP systems in clean rooms, which includes regular performance assessments and recalibration of equipment (e.g., air pressure systems, filters).- Troubleshoot issues specific to clean rooms, such as contamination from HVAC systems or failures in maintaining proper airflow.4. Sustainability and Energy Efficiency for Clean Room Environments:- While clean rooms have very specific operational needs, ensuring the systems are energy-efficient without compromising cleanliness standards is key.- Look for ways to optimize air-handling units, filtration, and temperature control to reduce energy consumption while maintaining clean room standards.- Implement sustainable design strategies, such as energy-efficient HVAC systems, variable air volume systems, or energy recovery ventilators.5. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:- Ensure all MEP systems comply with local, national, and international standards, such as FDA regulations (for pharmaceutical clean rooms), ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14644 for clean rooms), and industry-specific guidelines.- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring systems meet clean room environmental control standards.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting our specialized pharmaceutical products, focusing on therapies in cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives while upholding our Ethics and Values. Job Objectives:This person will lead the hardware and firmware design, development, and validation of the electronic hardware team for height adjustable desk system inclusive of motor controllers, power supply systems, handsets, etc. Roles And Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire R&D team of electronic and FW engineers in design and development• Check and approve all new design schematic, layout and gerber files, as well as any revision or deviation of the current design• Coordinate all new electronic designs project with the electronic team• Plan out detailed electronic circuit design study, simulation, testing, validation, and schedule• Check schematic, layout and gerber design of projects, considering compliance requirement• Ensure all technical documentation are saved and uploaded into the cloud shared drive• Plan testing and approve new EOL part, module or system replacement• Evaluate part costing and perform studies to meet costing targets• Liaise with vendors and a cross functional team to produce, validate and approve prototypes• Perform design FMEA and debug/troubleshoot and addresses customer’s complaint/reject• Perform cross functional investigation for all new critical issues at production/lab• Release new projects based on new project ideas and roadmaps• Train and coach all new recruits for the electronics team and evaluate performance and goals
