Job Description
• Responsible for timely processing of Payroll.
• To handle monthly Staff Claim, Overtime & update Leave Form
• To process SOCSO claims relating to work related injuries
• To handle submission monthly KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF
• Experience in employee misconduct, show cause, warning letter & domestic inquiry
• Arrange training for staffs
• Handle recruitment and selection process, source for suitable candidates for office
• Other HR operations such as performance and disciplinary management.
• Liaise with statutory bodies and relevant authorities and matters pertaining to labor laws, industrial relations, statutory requirements, tax and insurance
• To provide secretarial and administrative support.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment, utilities, office stationary, pantry supply and maintenance of office premises.
• Handle of hotel and travel booking, monitor the status and provide assistant when needed.
• Assist in organizing of the events and meeting arrangement.
• Handle Car Insurance and Road Tax Renewal
• Handle IT Issues
• Handle Car Maintenance
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education: Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary Scholl/SPM/ “O” Level, Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduated Diploma.
- Experience:
> Over 2 years of experience in HR full spectrum.
> Preferable to have at least Payroll & Recruitment experience.
- Skill: Microsoft Office
- Others: Good communication & interpersonal skills.English Level
