Job Description
【Job Responsibilities】
- Identify clients’ requirements and ensure they are answered or routed to the appropriate support area.
- Provide operational support to clients by answering calls and online queries, analyze reported issues and offer appropriate advice and/or answers.
- Keep and update reported issues and work closely with Technical Support team to assure quality customer service.
- Provide feedback to enhance existing programmers by analyzing business objective and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
- Provide product and technical guidelines for clients and educate clients on how to use the new features or add-on programs.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties assign from time to time.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background : At least graduated from diploma in any field.
- Experience : Any customer service experience especially from Call Center, Helpdesk Support or equivalent will preferred.
- Ability to communicate (verbal & written) in BOTH English and Mandarin (MUST)
- Others: Able to read and write in Mandarin as this position is required to serve mandarin speaker client
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. On the job training will be provided.
- No issue to work on 24 hours shift
- Good in stress tolerance and able to learn independently.
- Preferably candidate can multi-tasking and eager to learn.
