• Job Description

  Sales Engineers are usually responsible for preparing technical presentations of products or services to customers and prospective customers. They typically work with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine what are the most suitable product requirements that customer needed and he/she responsibly to promote introduce company carry products line to customers.
  
  • Involve in sales products and develop new business to key customers and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels within Key Customers to position a strategic partner and expand sales base
  • Establish target customer/industry and sales goals for distributors and create a mutual action plan to ensure targets are being met
  • Track competitors’ activities (pricing, target customers etc) and gather market information (business environment, current and future market/customer trend & requirement).
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and present updates on monthly sales performance, project progress and marketing activities, etc
  • Monitor and maximize sales volume and profitability
  • Co-operating with Customer Service & logistic department to ensure timely delivery of goods and attend to customers technical and quality issues.
  • Coordinate & expedite invoicing & billing matters (if any issue occur)
  • Carry out assigned jobs, ad-hoc duties and/or projects.
