    【Job Responsibilities】

    - Responsible for overseeing daily operation and sales department.
    - Leading sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quota and goes, product knowledge creating sales plan, analyzing data and assigning sales territories and building sales team.
    - Hiring and training sales staffs, relaying information from management to department sales about sales quota and planning.
    - Monitoring inventory levels to ensure there is sufficient stock of item they are likely to sell quickly.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least graduated from SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field.
    - Preferably at least 8-10 years experience in dealing with B2B business in IT Line/Hardware sales.
    - Candidate with sales experience in dealing distributor/ trading companies will be consider.
    - Strong analysis and communication skills.
    - Create strategy sales plan that minimize losses, maximize profit and creates sustainable grow for company.
    - Ability to remain calm under pressure.
    - Collaborate with marketing and assist team lining sales effort with the effort of an external team.
