Job Description

Job Responsibilities:• Responsible to process customer orders and forecast. • Responsible to communicate with customers on shipment schedule and update shipment details.• Responsible to issue shipment invoice and packing list to customers.• Be the key contact window for customers, coordinate and work with internal teams on customers' requirement such as delivery matters, engineering change and quality related issues.• Negotiate with customers for any pull-in or push-out request.• Responsible to coordinate effectively with internal key personnel to meet customers’ KPI on OTD, TAT as well as prompt reply to their queries and requests raised. • Responsible to coordinate for any RMA (Return Material Authorization) parts returned from customers. • Responsible to provide quotation to customers for any new RFQ enquiry and RMA reworking cost.• Responsible to check and ensure availability of materials for production build, and issue Job Order to trigger for production run. • Communicate promptly with Production Planner and Buyer to ensure fulfillment of committed shipment to customers.• Responsible to update and ensure data accuracy in management dashboard and ERP system.• Work closely with Purchasing for materials pull-in to support production.• Provide materials forecast to Purchasing and monitor material movement and forecast accuracy.• Manage inventory and ensure stock health levels adhere to Operations target. • Manage changes together with Engineering team and coordinate material phase-in and phase-out scenarios. Highlight material supply risks and provide contingency planning.• Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.• Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.
