  • Job Description

    【Key Accountabilities】

    1. Manage worksites for construction and ensure that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives.
    2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, procurement strategies, and risk assessment.
    3. Supervise construction activities, including site preparation, equipment installation, and facility construction.
    4. Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards and timely completion are met.
    5. Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources.
    6. Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets industry standards and company specifications.
    7. Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, environmental regulation, and other requirements.
    8. Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to integrate engineering solutions into project plans and ensure that project objectives are met.
    9. Ensure projects stay within their budgetary constraints and remain on deadline.
    10. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project plans and designs are feasible and within legal and regulatory standards.
    11. Requires visiting site to resolve site issues ie supervise and monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
    12. Responsible for the implementation of approved health, quality, safety, security, and environmental plans at site.
    13. Provide technical and management direction to the team and ensure good practices of the project delivery system.
    14. Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities.
    15. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least possess at least a Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
    - Experience : A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry.
    - Candidate at least 1-2 years leading engineers experience, either with Assistant Manager/ Manager title. (MUST)
    - Require Skill : Proven experience in the construction industry and has managed an entire cycle of Project Management.
    - Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and leadership skills.
    - Possess deep knowledge of construction procedure
