    Account Executive - Job description


    ■Daily (update cash flow+ receipt + payment)
    - Updating daily cashflow from time to time
    - Inform coordinator if any received into bank or key into SAP system (for admin dept, HQ00/ account dept)
    - Assists to arrange Money Market Deposit (MMD) placement
    - Generate Aged trial balance weekly and send to business dept
    - Process and prepared on time payment and inform business dept on funds rec'd for their settlement in SAP
    - Assist, coordinate and communicate with admin to solve problem such as SAP transaction and advice for payment on utilities
    - Laise with bank for confirmation transaction....

    ■Weekly(aged trial bal) /Monthly (closing of 2 entities)
    - Input Interco transaction for 2 entities in Malaysia
    - Input depreciation allocation and post it into SAP system.
    - Prepared expense provision posting into SAP
    - Prepared accrual of commission/service fees list and post into SAP
    - Record monthly prepaid expenses
    - Record monthly management fee
    - Booking of cost allocation as per budget into SAP Record Payroll provision & allocation transaction
    - Bank charges booking
    - Monthly depreciation booking for reinstatement new office
    - Others....checking account and reverse if any special cases

    ■Monthly reporting
    - Bank Reconciliation
    - Allocation monthly business report to Regional office SGR
    - send to relevant project GM.
    - Once SGR sent the full set management report, then re-distribute it based on department and
    - Forex position reporting to SGR Finance
    - DSC reporting to SGR Accounting
    - Credit limit report - SGR Risk Management
    - Submit our monthly mutual interest report to HQ Mutual dept
    - Send to Chemical dept - income statement to all Chem members
    - Monthly tax provision input

    ■Ad hoc
    - Submit SST report based every 2 months
    - Issue quarterly Debit Note for R&D commission to HQ
    - Credit limit analysis report (based on credit limit due date) for the purpose of credit limit set up for new or existing customer
    - Quarterly report to SGR
    - Apply for new customer code in SAP & new beneficiary in online banking portal
    - Assist in audit, tax computation, deferred tax and transfer pricing work
    - Attend to research of new business

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting Area
    - Having 5 years experience of Account

    【Advantage】
    - Having Working experience in Japanese Company
