  • Job Description

    The Asst Finance Manager will be assisting Sr Finance Manager to prepare financial report, financial analysis, annual forecasting of budget, overseeing finance operational processes and procedures. This position also involves in the execution of financial planning and strategy.

    General Responsibilities:
    1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

    2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in the annual budgeting process
    • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections based on business strategies and market conditions.
    • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts and analyze variances.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

    3. Financial Operations and Controls:
    • Develop and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure proper recording of financial transactions and accuracy of financial records.
    • Oversee the financial closing process
    • Oversee the company tax and coordinate with external auditor to ensure compliance and timely submission

    4. Financial Planning and Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's financial strategies.
    • Assess the financial feasibility of new initiatives and opportunities.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

    5. To perform any other ad hoc duties

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any accounting professional qualifications.
    • At least 5-6 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting position.
    • Possess strong stakeholder management and commitment.
    • Able to work with tight deadlines.
    • Experience is SAP will be added advantage.
    • Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Good command in spoken and written English.
